FREE management course designed to create more professionally trained women managers in the arts and creative sector and the leisure and tourism sector.

This innovative programme will support and develop women returning to work in these sectors, providing them with the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to compete confidently for employment.

It is also aimed at those who are already employed, either on a paid, free-lance, or voluntary basis, providing formal management training and an NVQ qualification, which will enable them to progress further.

NVQ management levels 3 to 5 and the European Computer Driving License are achievable by every candidate. ALL FREE!

For employed women, LCAD will, wherever possible, fit in with YOUR needs and YOUR organization, so most of the programme will be delivered at YOUR workplace.
