The Liverpool Centre for Arts
Development is a
unique organisation,
supporting and nurturing artistic &
creative entrepreneurs from
communities on Merseyside since 1984.
Now that Liverpool is to be Capital of
Culture in 2008, there has never been
a better time to prepare for a career
in the thriving arts and creative
sector.......
We currently deliver three courses
which result in NVQ level 3 & 4
CAMP: The Community Arts Management
Programme is the first of its kind to
deliver an NVQ 4 in Management
specifially in the context of
community arts.
(Unfortunatly the CAMP Course has been
put on hold for the time being as we
try to secure the funding for this
programe)
WIM: Women into Management.The
programme is an innovative part-time
course that will support and develop
women returning to work in the arts,
creative, leisure or tourism sectors,
providing them with the necessary
skills, knowledge and experience to
compete confidently for employment.
CE:CreativEntrepreneurs. This
programme
equips trainees with an
NVQ 3 in business start-up and the
skills, knowledge and confidence
required to gain funding, and ongoing
business development.
